IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR CLUBCADDY DIRECTLY FROM WWW.CLUBCADDY.COM you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price LESS a 30% RESTOCKING FEE (this covers our original shipping and return costs).

1. E-mail suppport@clubcaddy.com and request an RMA number.

2. Pay return shipping fee and provide a tracking number for your return.

3. Include your name, RMA Number and e-mail address inside the shipping container with the club caddy

4. Return Address will be provided with the RMA #

PLEASE! Do not return your CLUBCADDY without an RMA number. Returns without an RMA Number WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
