1.  E-mail suppport@clubcaddy.com and request an RMA number.
2.  Pay return shipping fee and provide a shipper tracking number for your return.
3.  Print RMA Number on exterior of shipping container
4.  Include your name, RMA Number and e-mail address inside the shipping container with the club caddy
5.  Return Address will be provided with the RMA #
6.  Include check or money order in the amount of $5.95 for return S&H to your location of choice within lower 48 states

PLEASE!  Do not return anything without an RMA number.
Your new CLUBCADDY will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of the old one.

Clubcaddys damaged through actions inconsistent with normal golf will not be replaced.
